I suspect my lost Oyster had not been used for nearly 3 years. Oyster Customer Care answered me that unfortunately they were unable to send me out a replacement or cancel my card because they have been unable to find my Oyster card details on the system. This isn't something that can be fixed by email or indeed on the forum. Actually, anyone with access to Friends Reunited can know which was my first school. Got hacked and they put in a security question I coudnt answer my account is old and they didn't have them back in the day and I haven't used origin much till lately and this aloud me to bypass the question and put in place what I wanted to do with my account in the first place. I am too stupid to cope with too much security.
Did you get your original Oyster online? Then simply answer whether you are using Origin 9 or 10, and have you tried to manage your account and security settings through the account page before.
